Finnish illustrator Tuhis describes this as the collection of custom brushes used for their own illustrations, maintained now and then. Most brushes have Finnish names — Kaski, Ukko, Koivu, Helvi — and they lean towards expressive inking with a few painting brushes for colour.
It is on the author's Gumroad page; Brusher does not host the file.
Inking
Kaski Brush Pen is the tapering brush-pen line; Ukko Ink, Pappa Ink and Kaveri Ink are three inks with different edge roughness; Koivu Pencil is for the sketch underneath.

Colour and texture
Helvi Glaze lays thin transparent colour, Mumma Tempera is opaque and chalky, and Vino Drybrush breaks up on the grain. Ultimatebrush, Awsombrush and Superbrush are smooth all-rounders for blocking in.
