By accessing this website, buying a pack, or using the Brusher app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the brush License below. If you do not agree, please do not use Brusher. Brusher is an independent brand and website operated by the Brusher team — it is not a registered company. These terms cover your use of this website and the licence for the brushes; the sale itself is handled by our sales platforms (see “Purchases, sellers & refunds” below).

When you download a free brush set or buy a paid one, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use those brushes to create artwork.

You may use that artwork for both personal and commercial purposes — including client work, prints, merchandise, book and album art, tattoos, logos and social content — and you may sell the finished artwork you make with the brushes. No additional or extended license is required.

The same license applies to free brushes as to paid ones: free sets are fully licensed for commercial use, not a limited trial. You do not need to credit Brusher, though we always appreciate it.

The license covers the artwork you make, not the brush files themselves. You may not: resell, sublicense, share, give away or redistribute the brush files (.brushset, .brush, .abr or similar); re-package or bundle them into another product; upload them to another store, marketplace or file-sharing service; or claim them as your own.

You also may not use the brush files, previews or other Brusher assets to train, fine-tune or build machine-learning or AI models or datasets, and you may not use them to create a competing brush product.

In short: sell what you make with the brushes, not the brushes.

Brusher does not sell to you directly. Brush packs on this website are sold and payment-processed by lava.top, which acts as the seller / merchant of record for the transaction; the Brusher app and any in-app purchases are sold through the Apple App Store. Your purchase is therefore also subject to the terms and refund policy of whichever platform processed it.

Brushes are digital goods delivered electronically and available immediately after purchase. Because of this, and to the extent permitted by law, sales are generally final once the files have been delivered — refunds are handled according to the policy of the platform you bought through (lava.top or Apple).

That said, we want you to be happy: if a file is faulty, corrupted, materially not as described, or won't install, contact us and we'll help get it repaired, replaced or refunded. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

All brushes, previews, text, graphics, logos and other content on this site remain the intellectual property of Brusher or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The license above does not transfer ownership of the brushes to you.

Third-party names such as Procreate, Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint are trademarks of their respective owners; Brusher is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.

Brusher is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the site or files will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or software version.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brusher and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the brushes or the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant pack.

Brusher is not a registered company, so these website-and-licence terms are not tied to a single corporate jurisdiction. Each purchase is governed by the terms and jurisdiction of the platform that processed it — lava.top for website packs, or the Apple App Store for the app. In all cases, nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence, which continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of Brusher after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
