The download is on the author's Gumroad page, both as one .brushset and as single .brush files. Brusher does not host it.

Hatching, spikes and crackle
Most of the set is texture for inking: hatching brushes with straight, tall, thin, tight and tilted spikes, curved spikes (plain, lined, hatched, single), a sword brush, X-hatch and background hatch effects. Kirby Crackle paints the energy dots named after Jack Kirby, and highlight and shadow brushes add quick lighting.
Stamps and effects
For backgrounds and details there are cracked rocks, a rock stamp, easy bricks and two easy windows stamps, a spiderweb, rubble, ink splats, hair and stubble brushes, and a dot tone for shading.
