Procreate teacher Alex Kunchevsky's free set is a box of effect brushes rather than pencils: outlines that draw two lines at once, glassy bubbles, glowing neon, halftone dots and a brush that fakes a flat 3D shape in one stroke.
It is downloaded from the author's Gumroad page. Brusher does not host it.
Outlines and 3D
Three Double Outline brushes draw a hollow, outlined stroke — handy for lettering and sticker-style shapes. Flat 3D adds a shaded edge under the stroke, so a word or shape looks like it pops off the page.

How do I make the neon brushes look right?+
Paint them on a dark background; the glow is lost on white. Duplicating the layer and blurring the copy underneath makes the glow stronger.
What does the Double Outline brush do?+
It draws a hollow stroke with an outline on both sides, which is useful for bubble lettering and sticker shapes.
