Anime backgrounds often mix painted scenes with very realistic skies. These six brushes from Attki are stamps for exactly that: three detailed cumulus clouds, a moon, a beam of light rays and a flare.
It is downloaded from Attki's Gumroad page; Brusher does not host it. The author's free anime basics set is also on Brusher.
Six sky stamps
Cl1, Cl5 and Cl6 are three different cumulus clouds; moon8 is a textured moon; Ray3 paints light rays; Flare 39 adds a starburst highlight.

Making the clouds fit your scene
The stamps are greyscale, so colour them with a clipping layer: a warm tint on top for sunset, a cool shadow at the base. Lowering the opacity of far clouds pushes them back.
