A complete small kit for drawing a manga or comic page: inking pens, a row of screentone textures and speed lines for action panels. The screentones scale with the brush size, so you can match the dot size to the panel.
It is downloaded from the author's Gumroad page; Brusher does not host it.
Pens and lines
Pen 1, Pen 2, Line 1, Line 2 and Brush 1 are the inking tools, from a steady technical line to a swelling brush stroke. Pen + Texture 1 and 2 add slight grain to the line.
Screentones, texture and action lines
Seven Comics Texture (Adjustable Zoom) brushes paint dots, grids, stripes, crosses and bricks — paint inside a shape and you get instant screentone. Water Texture covers ripples, and Action Lines 1 and 2 draw radial speed lines.
