Mateusz Urbanowicz is the Tokyo-based illustrator and former anime background artist behind the well-known shopfront paintings. This free set is the painting kit he made for his own Procreate work — opaque, slightly textured brushes in the gouache-like style his illustrations are known for.
Version 1.1 is for Procreate 4.1 and newer; the author's page keeps an older version as well. The download is from his Gumroad page — Brusher does not host it.
The main brush and its variants
Most of the work is done with Matt's painting (MAIN), which also comes in a softer and a bigger version. Hard shape and no texture give clean edges, and add line detail handles small linework.

Texture on top
Three brushes exist only to add surface: add brush texture for bristle marks, add texture for grain, and add soft wash for a gentle tonal layer. A hard eraser completes the set.
