Fineliner pens give that clean, even line people use for doodles, urban sketches and detailed ink drawings. This free set by Di has four of those pens and adds the things you usually draw with them: decorative lines, dots, micron-style patterns and paper texture.

Pens and decorative lines
Fine Liner #1–#4 are the core pens for outlines and hatching. Decorative #1–#4 draw patterned lines for borders and doodle frames, and Dots #1–#3 lay down dotted strokes and stippling.

Patterns and paper
Five micron pattern brushes fill an area with a small repeating ink pattern — handy for zentangle-style fills and textured shadows. Two seamless pattern brushes cover larger areas, and four paper textures make the background look like a sketchbook page.
For line art, keep the pens on their own layer above the patterns so you can change one without redrawing the other.
Frequently asked questions
Are these good for line art?+
Yes — the four fine liners give an even, pen-like line. For pressure-tapered inking, pair them with a brush from our line art collection.
What are micron pattern brushes?+
Brushes that fill a stroke with a tiny repeating ink pattern, the kind you would draw by hand with a micron pen.
