Ten tools for blood effects in anime, horror and action art: four brushes for drips and spray, and six stamps for splatters and pooled drops. Each stamp is one tap, so you can place a convincing splatter without drawing every droplet.
The pack downloads from Attki's Gumroad page; Brusher does not host it.
Splatters, drips and drops
The stamps cover round splatters with flying droplets and single heavy drops; the brushes paint running drips and fine spray. Mix them on separate layers so you can move and scale each one.

Colouring blood so it reads
The marks are white, so colour them with a clipping layer. A deep red base with a darker edge and one small bright highlight on each drop makes blood look wet rather than flat.
