Procreate → Photoshop converter
.brushset to .abr · free · runs on your device
- 1 Choose your .brushset
- 2 Convert
- 3 Download & import
Where do I get a .brushset?
In Procreate, open the Brush Library, tap the set's name and choose Share. Save the file to Files or send it to your computer. Bought packs usually come as a .brushset already.
These won't convert
- .brush — a single brush: export the whole set instead
- .zip — unzip it first, the .brushset is inside
- .procreate — that's an artwork, not brushes
What carries over to Photoshop?
The brush shape (tip), its name and spacing. Grain, texture and Procreate's pressure dynamics don't — the .abr format can't store them. Stamps, shapes and line-art brushes convert cleanly; heavily textured painting brushes come out flatter.

Now import it
PsPhotoshop
- Open the Brushes panel (Window → Brushes).
- Click the menu ☰ in its top-right corner → Import Brushes…
- Pick the .abr — the set appears at the bottom of the panel.
CSPClip Studio Paint
- Open the Sub Tool palette of the brush tool.
- Drag the .abr file straight onto it.
- Works in Clip Studio Paint 1.10.5 and newer.
These brushes have no shape image — Procreate draws them from settings, so there is nothing to put into an .abr.
Remember: only the brush shape transfers — grain, texture and pressure dynamics stay in Procreate.
