The third free starter pack from Olga (Olguioo), a Spanish illustrator and author of published books. She made the textures herself from photos, scans and even Blender renders, and uses the brushes in her own work. The first two starter packs are on Brusher as well.
It is made in Procreate 5.4 with newer brush settings, so the author warns some brushes may behave a little differently in older versions. Download from her Gumroad page; Brusher does not host it.
