Three watercolor brushes picked for soft anime and manga colouring — the light, washed look of watercolor illustrations rather than heavy, opaque paint. The author's approach is a few distinct brushes instead of hundreds of similar ones.
It downloads from CozyBrushery's Gumroad page; Brusher does not host it.
Three washes
Aqua Daze lays an even, light wash; Washed Dreams has a grainy, dry edge; Pale Illusions is a mottled, textured wash for backgrounds and shadows.

A watercolor anime look
Keep the line art on top, colour underneath with light washes, and leave paper showing in the brightest areas. The author suggests a paper texture on Multiply at low opacity for the final touch.
